We offer free shipping for orders over $50 within the continental United States.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working to expand our shipping options to other countries in the future.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or carrier delays. If you experience any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before shipping. However, we cannot guarantee changes once the package has been shipped.

8. Lost or Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the package or detecting the loss. You will receive instructions on how to return the item or process a refund, depending on the situation.
9. Delivery Confirmation
Once the package is delivered, it is considered received by the customer, and we are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. We recommend providing a secure shipping address and, if possible, a location where the package can be received safely.
10. Incorrect Shipping Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address that causes the loss or delay of your package, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost. If the package is returned to our facility, we will refund the product cost but not the shipping cost.
