A Journey in Every Cup
Single Origin
At Chapolera Coffee, we are dedicated to single-origin coffee—each cup sourced from one location with no blends and full traceability. This ensures that every coffee tells a distinct story, offering unique flavors that reflect the origin and care behind each bean.
We work closely with farmers to guarantee sustainable practices and top-quality coffee. Each variety we offer provides a rich, authentic experience that connects you to its roots, allowing you to explore the diverse world of coffee with every sip.

Fairness, Respect, and Transparency in Every Partnership
Our Values
We’re committed to ensuring a fair price is paid for the coffee and to the farmers. Not only do we hold ourselves to this, but we also expect the same kind of commitment in our partnerships with farmers or importers.

Shipping Information
Domestic shipping is done through USPS priority mail or UPS, and prices are based on weight. Shipping to P.O Boxes can only be done through USPS for items that can fit in USPS boxes.
For international shipping, please email us at coffee@chapoleracoffee.com to get pricing information on shipping costs and options.
If you prefer another method, please get in touch with us via email.
How long does it take the coffee to ship?
We will try our best to get your order out right away, and no later than 48 hours after placing your order. Orders are fulfilled according to our roasting schedule, and since we roast in small batches sometimes it can take a day or two before we roast a specific batch again. Our main goal is to make sure the coffee is as fresh as possible when it gets to you!
Can you grind the coffee for me?
Absolutely, just select your grinding preference in the shopping cart. These are our grinding recommendations:
Coarse: For French Press
Medium Coarse: For Drip, pour overs and Chemex
Medium Fine: Siphon and Vacuum Pots
Fine: Espresso and Moka Top
Is the coffee certified organic?
Our coffees come from farms with environmentally friendly practices, but they are not certified organic. Because we maintain close relationships with the producers and importers, we are able to select farms that follow environmentally friendly practices such as composting, no pesticides, shade grown and recycling. We also travel to origin once a year and visit the farms to ensure their practices meet our standards. Obtaining some of these certifications (organic, bird friendly, UTZ, fair trade, etc.) is costly and difficult, which are the main reasons for small farmers not to get them.
Recommendations for making/storing coffee at home?
Here are some basic guidelines for making it:
1. Use filtered water. Water makes up 90% of your final product, so it is key you use good quality water.
2. Make sure your water is between 195-205 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Grind coffee fresh right before brewing and to the corresponding method of brewing (coarse for French press, fine for espresso, etc).
4. Water ration should be roughly 10 grams of coffee for every 5 ounces of water.
Storage: Simply use the bag your coffee comes in, keeping it rolled up tightly and out of the sunlight. If available, store the bag inside a seal tight container to better preserve the freshness. There is no need to store in the refrigerator or freezer.
